Wan Azizah Wan Ismail (L), wife of Anwar Ibrahim and daughter Nurul Izzah Anwar show a message saying 'Reform' which was taken out from a mooncake given by her supporters outside the hospital in Kuala Lumpur September 24. Azizah said on Friday she hoped he would not be shifted to prison from the hospital where he has been undergoing tests for possible arsenic poisoning.
